FramED will not refund for training already delivered but will offer a full refund for courses or mentoring that has been booked but not delivered. FramED will give a 14 day cooling off period after booking, any request for a refund during this time will be made in full.

What is a “goodwill” refund policy? “Goodwill” means FramED is happy to offer partial reimbursement on a client by client basis. If a “gesture of goodwill” is given, no further refund will be given for any subsequent complaints that occur, and no further claim will be considered.

Any complaints should first be raised by the Client with in writing no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of training to Olly Knight Photography, Greenbanks, New House Lane, Canterbury CT47BH

In the event that the client cancels the contracted services for training outlined in their contract before the event takes place the deposit will be forfeit. FramED agrees to refund all additional paid money (less expenditures for which receipts will be provided), to the client.
